I’m not good with computers, will it work for me?

You must be able to check your email daily and navigate a very simple calendar program to let us know when you're all booked up. If you can fill out the contact form, you can use our system!

How can I avoid double bookings?

The best way to avoid double bookings is to check your email often. Our knowledgeable customer service reps can provide additional suggestions depending on how you keep track of reservations now.

Who collects the reservation fees from the guest?

You receive the guest credit card info, and you charge the guest. We bill you the month after the guest stay.

Does it work with my website?

This system operates independently from your website, although we also offer booking engine services directly from your website.

What if I use another service?

Call us, and we will help you weigh the benefits of our service.

How long is the contract?

There is no contract. We believe that giving good customer service, and making money together is enough of an incentive to stay on our program.

How much does it cost?

You can receive 80%-90% of your current working rate plan (applies in most markets), and no other fees apply to qualifying properties.

What’s the cancellation policy?

You set your own cancellation and deposit policy.Property must take a deposit on receipt of reservation.

My property is only open 5 months a year, can I use the service?

Yes! Call quickly, before the season starts!!!!

I only have 5 rooms, can I use the service?

Yes, although a setup fee may apply depending on your rates and location.

How many reservations will I get?

It is extremely difficult to predict. Price, location, competition, and the economy are just some of the factors involved. Some properties experience a moderate surge in profitability, and for some it changes the way they do business, and they will retire sooner and richer. Some properties experience a sudden impact, and some properties build their business over years. We can predict, with 100% certainty, that you will get more using our service than if you are not!

My hotel has a 2 night minimum stay on weekends, can I use the service?

Yes, although turning away one night stays will have a serious impact on the volume of reservations that you recieve. The system is flexible and designed to meet the needs of a wide variety of properties. Pet policies, smoking and non-smoking rooms, weekly and monthly rates... all can be accommodated!
